What are AI integration services?

AI integration services connect AI models, such as Anthropic's Claude or OpenAI's GPT models, to your software and data. Instead of copying text into a chatbot, the AI works inside your application — searching, summarising, extracting data and filling in forms where your team already works.

Can you add AI to an application you did not build?

Usually, yes. If the application has an API, a database we can access, or source code you own, we can add AI features to it. We review the system first and tell you plainly what is possible and what it would take.

How accurate is AI document extraction?

On clear, typed documents such as invoices and purchase orders, current models are highly accurate. We add validation rules — totals must add up, suppliers must exist — and send anything uncertain to a person for review before it is saved.

Will AI features slow down our application?

AI calls take a second or more, so we design around it: long tasks run in the background, results are cached where sensible, and the rest of the application keeps working normally while the AI is busy.

How do you keep AI usage costs under control?

We choose the smallest model that does the job well, send only the text a task needs, cache repeated work and log every call, so you can see exactly what each feature costs per month.

Is our data used to train AI models?

By default, Anthropic and OpenAI do not train their models on data sent through their business APIs, which is what we use. We also limit what is sent to the fields a feature needs.
