It builds software that uses AI models to do useful work — reading documents, answering questions, summarising information or deciding where something should go — and connects that software to a business's existing systems and data. No. Most of our AI work is added to systems you already use, such as a web portal, a mobile app, an ERP or QuickBooks. Where a new application is the better answer, we build that too, but it is not a requirement.

We mainly work with the Anthropic Claude and OpenAI APIs, and choose the model for each task based on accuracy, speed and cost. Because the model sits behind our integration, it can be changed later without rebuilding your application.

We send only the data a feature needs, over encrypted connections, using the providers' business APIs. By default, Anthropic and OpenAI do not use data sent through their business APIs to train their models. Where data should not leave your systems at all, we design the feature around that.

We plan for it. Outputs are checked against rules — totals must add up, customers must exist, answers must come from your content — and anything uncertain goes to a person to review. Nothing important is posted or sent without the checks you choose.

It depends on the scope. A single feature added to an existing system is a small project; a multi-channel chatbot connected to your ERP is larger. AI model usage is billed per use and is usually modest. We give a fixed estimate after discovery.
